ORDERS PLACED AFTER NOVEMBER 10, 2021 MAY NOT ARRIVE BEFORE DECEMBER 5TH (SINTERKLAAS). 
WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING WE CAN TO GET STOCK IN, AND TO SHIP OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, BUT ARE HAVING TO MANAGE A BACKLOG IN STOCK RECEIVED.

WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. 

In 2021 we are seeing longer than normal delays in receiving stock, and for the various shippers shipping to customers. We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that delays are inevitable in 2021. 


When is my card charged?

For a domestic order, your credit card or PayPal account is charged immediately for the order total.

For international orders, you will be charged immediately via PayPal (with a later request for actual shipping charges), or when paying by credit card we will give you a shipping quote first before charging your card (if an international shipping quote is too high, you have the right to request cancellation of your order).

 

When is my order shipped?

Assuming all products are in stock we aim to ship your order out within 3-5 business days.  When items are out of stock, we may choose to hold the order until the items arrive. If your order will be held for more than 5 days, we will contact you (unless your order includes Pre-Order items, see below).

We are based in Washington State so depending on where you live, orders can take anywhere from next day to 5 business days to receive from the date they are shipped. Any shipping delays by shipping companies are out of our control, and we cannot accept responsibility.

What is a Pre-Order item?

A Pre-Order product is a Holiday/Sinterklaas/Christmas product that is not in stock yet:

  • You can place your order with Holiday items from early October
  • Your credit card (or PayPal) is charged when you place the order
  • When all your Holiday items are in stock, we fill your order and ship it out
  • Typically, we start shipping out orders early November - but due to 2021 Holiday delays your order might ship out much later than that
  • Please keep in mind some items (like bankets) might not ship out until mid or late November.

If you add a date when you would like to receive your order, we will do our best to accommodate this.

Limitation of Liability

The website owner shall not be liable for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable (directly or indirectly), to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system.

Who can use the website?

You can only use the website and make use of the information available via the website, if you are legally entitled to do so.
